Please note that we DO NOT accept any returns for stitched clothing, including Stitched Salwar Suits, Sarees with custom blouse, Pre-stitched Sarees and Stitched Lehenga Choli etc. We are committed to customer satisfaction but are unable to accept returns or exchange of customized products as these are tailored as per customer’s provided measurement.
At any point of time the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods. Due to admin & handling cost we will issue 70% refund of unstitched products only price. The custom duties, shipping cost, taxes/gst, if applicable is non-refundable and will be deducted from your total payment.
In case of orders with free shipping, shipping cost would be deducted from the refund. Bishwo Rang will not be responsible for return the money which you have paid for shipping to send the parcel back.
Customer have to bear the shipping cost while returning the unstitched or stitched products in any case. Bishwo Rang will not bear or pay any kind of shipping cost for return of the goods.
To qualify for a return or exchanges, items must be unwashed, unworn and in their original condition with tags & packaging attached.
Change of mind returns are NOT accepted on earrings, hair accessories, hosiery, lingerie, or swimwear for hygiene reasons. Items purchased in any shows/festivals are ‘FINAL SALE’ items and CAN NOT be returned or exchanged (including sizing & fit, colour, or styling). All discounted items are labelled ‘FINAL SALE’
Where a purchase does qualify for a refund, this can be made to the original payment method only. If the original payment method was a gift card or credit note, a new return voucher will be issued as refund. Where the original payment method is not available, a return voucher will be issued.
Returns received without a returns authorisation number will be returned to the customer at their cost.
Any complaint with regards to the damage or stains or stitching or any other should be reported to us within 24 hours of the receipt of the products. Complaint will not accepted after 24 hours of the receipt of the products.
We may ask for digital picture of the same in order to review the same. In case of product return, we will issued refund once we received the product back at our office. Refund will take time to reflect in customer’s account about 4 to 5 working days. We do not accept any returns after 3 days of receiving the shipment.
Return requests regarding strains or stitching faults need to be filed within 24 hours of product delivery. In these cases you will also need to send an image of the product, a digital copy of the invoice of the product.
Be extra alert when accepting parcel from courier:
If the outer packing is damaged or tampered with, do verify the items quality and quantity with invoice before accepting the package from the courier/postal service agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Also lodge proper complain with the local office of the courier/postal service agency, so that we may pursue them.
Color & description difference disclaimers:
The details of the products or product specifications (for instance weight, color, handwork details, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only fairly approximate values.
While every endeavour has been made to accurately reproduce colors, there may be minor variations in color of the actual product because of the nature of fabric dyes, weather at the time of dying and differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and color settings and capabilities of monitors.
Customer must place an order keeping in mind this minor variation in color as seen on a computer screen or digital devices against the actual color of the outfit received.
Bishwo Rang firmly believes that all the customers who order online are aware that colors seen on digital devices will be slightly different as compared to the actual outfits or accessories ordered. It is practically impossible to replicate the same colors on an outfit as seen on your digital devices. A variation in the shade selected by you is considered as a normal practice as these garments have a tendency to reflect different shades of a color under different light and weather, type of camera used for photography or type and settings on the computer monitor.
The apparel/product description on the website contains details and product specifications which are approximate values, closest to reality. While we strive to be accurate in showcasing colors there still may be minor variations because of the light and settings during photography and also the color settings and properties of various monitors/digital devices customer uses. Other details like weight, work details and size may vary slightly as well. Hence the customer should keep in mind the slight variation when placing the order online.
Bishwo Rang believes that every customer placing orders are absolutely aware of these variations that may occur in respect to the actual color/description of the products received.
While ordering online, please be extra vigilant of following with colours/fabrics:
Red, maroon and orange colors have a higher tendency to reflect a different shade then other colors. For example even if you yourself try to photograph from a digital camera or scan a red garment, in most of the cases it will show either as maroon or orange on the computer monitor/digital devices. Sometimes green and blue also overlaps. Likewise with off-white, white and cream colors.
Some fabrics like raw silk, khadi silk, cotton silk, south cotton, brocade have a textured effect where we can see the weaving & threads are visible in different directions which is an inherent characteristic or feature of that fabric and proof of its authenticity. These are not defects. This raw finish is the beauty of these fabrics.
Handcrafted, hand dyed, hand printed, hand painted, hand embroidered, handloom, hand weaved products will always have minor differences when we compare them as they are not made by machines. Each piece will be unique. Handicraft artisans always try their best to make each piece better than the previous one. Hence, the product will always have minor variations keeping the same theme/pattern constant in artistic manner. The raw finish of the handicrafts cannot be compared with machine finished products as this raw finish is the beauty of the handcrafted items.
Beads and sequences missing or coming off:
Please be aware that items with sequence and other beaded embroidery has a very common natural tendency that these shiny embellishments may come off. Even with the best of handling and care this cannot be avoided completely. During strict physical inspection at the customs during transit, more than usual sequences and beads comes off. It is very common nature of these sort of beads that they may come off at any time.
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
